Recily creator program

Affiliate Privacy Policy

How information is handled when you apply to and participate in the Recily affiliate program.

Last updated

1. Operator, scope and contact

The Recily creator affiliate program is operated by Motty Alibin Shanu K K, an individual based in India and the operator responsible for the information described in this policy. It covers creator applications, the portal, referral administration and payouts. The app and public website have a separate Privacy Policy.

The Recily team handles creator privacy requests, complaints and legal notices at contact@recily.app. For app matters, use support@recily.app.

2. Application and account information

We process your name, email and sign-in identifiers, phone number and country code, country, social profile links, approximate audience size, application answers and review status. We also handle publicly available profile information, such as a creator name and image, and support messages and attachments.

A profile image may be retrieved from the first public social profile you supply; if that lookup fails, the portal can use a fallback. Public information can be inaccurate, so contact us to correct it. Provide information only for profiles you own or are authorized to represent.

3. Referral, financial and technical records

We handle affiliate codes and links, link clicks, code claims, referral status, eligible subscription events, commission rates, commission calculations and adjustments, payout status, payment references, payout destinations and related audit records. Technical information includes sign-in and security events, IP addresses and request information needed to operate and protect the portal.

Whop handles identity verification required for payouts under its own policies. We use the destination details and payment-related records needed to arrange and reconcile payouts. Do not send passwords, full card numbers or unnecessary identity documents through the Recily inbox. A public profile or username lookup does not by itself verify destination ownership.

4. Purposes and legal bases

We use information to review applications and audiences, maintain creator accounts and profiles, assign codes, attribute referrals, calculate and review commissions, arrange manual payouts, process refunds and corrections, communicate program updates, answer support requests, prevent abuse and meet legal or accounting obligations.

Where a legal basis is required, we rely on taking steps at your request and performing the program agreement, legitimate interests in administering and securing the program and checking accurate payments, legal obligations, and consent where required. Withdrawal of consent does not affect earlier lawful processing; information necessary for the program or legal duties may still need to be processed.

5. Who can see program information

Authorized Recily administrators can review application, referral, commission, payout and support records as needed to operate the program. Your own dashboard displays your performance and financial records, along with limited referral information such as masked customer name and email labels, status, dates and attributed activity. It does not provide access to customers’ private recipe libraries or full payment card details.

Creator-facing leaderboards can display creator names, ranks and performance measures to other participating creators. Public referral pages may display your creator name and code. Performance share cards become visible to others if you export or share them. Other creators do not receive your credentials or payout destination details through ordinary dashboard access. Use customer information available in the program only for authorized program purposes.

If you apply using another creator’s code, that referring creator can see your public creator display name and code, application or earning-period status, approval and end dates, and aggregate eligible revenue and creator referral commission associated with you. They do not receive your private contact details, payout account information, or customer identifiers through the creator referral page. Recily administrators can review referral relationships and audited term changes to operate the program.

6. Providers and disclosures

Relevant service providers include Google Firebase for authentication and databases, Microsoft Azure for hosting, storage and email, RevenueCat for subscription events, and AppsFlyer for applicable attribution flows. Whop supports payout receipt and identity verification under its own terms and privacy policy. External social profiles and linked creator resources, including externally hosted brand materials, involve the relevant platform’s policies.

We share the information needed to perform these functions and reconcile the program. We may also disclose records to comply with law, investigate fraud, protect rights or as part of a business transfer subject to applicable protections.

7. Storage, communications and tracking choices

The portal uses browser session persistence for sign-in and session security. Creator theme preferences are stored locally until you clear them. Clearing storage can sign you out or reset preferences; it does not delete program records on our servers. Referral links generate click and campaign records, and code confirmation and purchase events are recorded for attribution.

App tracking permission and AppsFlyer behavior are explained in the app Privacy Policy. Account, security, application, commission and payout communications may be sent through email or the portal inbox. Some communications are necessary to administer your participation.

8. Retention, departure and shared accounts

We retain application and account information as needed to review and administer participation, answer requests and prevent misuse. Referral, commission, payout, tax-related, dispute and audit records may remain after rejection, departure or account deletion where needed for reconciliation, fraud prevention or legal obligations. Retention depends on the record’s purpose and applicable requirements; backups may take additional time to expire.

If you use the same sign-in identity for the app and creator portal, deleting the app account can remove that identity and affect creator access. It does not automatically erase retained affiliate financial or audit history. Contact contact@recily.app to coordinate account closure, outstanding payments and creator-data requests.

9. Security and international processing

We use access controls, authenticated access and encryption in transit to help protect program information. No service can guarantee absolute security. Protect your credentials, keep payout details accurate and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

The program is operated from India and providers may process information in other countries, where privacy laws may differ. Where international transfer safeguards are required, processing must follow applicable legal requirements. Contact us for information relevant to a particular transfer or request.

10. Your rights and complaints

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your information; object to or restrict processing; withdraw consent; and complain to a data-protection authority. Some records must be retained or processed to meet legal duties or settle outstanding program matters.

Use available dashboard settings to update details or email contact@recily.app. We may verify your identity and will respond within the period required by applicable law. The Recily team also handles privacy complaints at that address. Contacting us does not limit your right to approach a relevant authority.

11. Age requirement and updates

The affiliate program is for individuals aged 18 or older and businesses represented by an authorized adult. If you believe an underage person has submitted an application, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

This policy is currently provided in English. We may update it as the program changes, revise the last-updated date and provide additional notice or obtain consent when legally required. Creator privacy contact: contact@recily.app.
